++ the avid fan

Before the “Harry Potter” phenomenon swept readers off their feet, rendering me helpless to it’s spell binding plot and its many colourful characters; Prior to my supposedly called ‘addiction’ to CSI and the now The OC, I was a fan of the dark world created by Anne Rice. Her language proficiency, further enhanced by her powerful vocabulary, made me fascinated. I’ve read her classics like “Interview with the Vampire”, “The Queen of the Damned”, “The Vampire Armand”, “The Tale of the Body Thief”, “Blood and Gold”, “Blood Canticle”, “Blackwood Farm”, “Pandora”, and now, I’m into the world of “The Mummy”. Like Rowling who penned the famous Harry Potter series, Rice writings carry a seductive element which keeps readers glued to her novel. (=

Received an SMS from Weiwen today, asking if I was in the vicinity and questioning my availability for a meal. Naturally I agreed since I pass by Vivo City daily. Treated him to Banmian (as usual). He looked the same, more toned and tired looking. But other than that, the familiarity was still there so it wasn’t that awkward. And he said I looked like a certain singer when I’m bald (based on my pic). But I’m not bringing sexyback!!! =P Ok. Done gloating, we went to Vivo to walk a lil after that, and I should have stayed for the official opening cos STEFANIE SUN was gonna perform. *sads. Oh and did mention she looks real pretty and different in the New Moon advert for its newly launched rice product?

Alrite, tmr is really fully packed with activities. Will update whenever possible. (=

PS: The OC Season 3 is really keeping me glued to the screen. Forgive me if I’m MIA online.
