Recently, life has dealt an ugly card to a friend of mine. It was unexpected from all levels, but it really exemplifies the unpredictability of life. It's no a question of fairness, it's an issue of whether you have made full use of the time before that. Life sometimes works is ways we do not understand, the closing of this door might mean the opening of a dozen others. The sad reality is, most of the time, we only get one shot at certain things. Many a times, the moment when we realize that we have to make the best of the opportunity bestowed upon us is also the same moment when it slips through our fingers. Like i said, the closing of one door might mean the opening of others, but that same door would most probably never open again. Then again, sometimes, you have to open your own doors ...
